No Returns Policy

At Ezzy Fit Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality composite retaining wall sleepers, fencing, and building materials. Due to the custom nature of our products and to maintain strict quality control, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrectly ordered products
  • Surplus or unused materials

Important: All sales are considered final once processed and dispatched.

We encourage all customers to carefully review all measurements, quantities, and specifications before placing an order, as we are unable to offer returns under the above circumstances.

Compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

This Return Policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:

  • Faulty or damaged upon delivery
  • Significantly different from what was described or shown
  • Not fit for its intended purpose

Timeframe for Claims

If you believe the goods you received are defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.

How to Lodge a Claim

To report a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Description and photographic evidence of the issue
  • Your contact details and delivery information
