To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezzy Fit's total aggregate liability for any claim whatsoever is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances will Ezzy Fit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, property damage, personal injury, removal costs, reinstallation costs, labour costs, or legal expenses.

All implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Installation, Reinstallation & Faulty Products

Ezzy Fit sells products only. You are solely responsible for all installation, assembly, and secure fitting of any product.

If Ezzy Fit replaces a faulty product:

• Ezzy Fit provides the replacement product at no cost
• You are solely responsible for removing the original product and reinstalling the replacement
• This includes all labour, tools, site preparation, wall repairs, handyman fees, and professional installer costs

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ezzy Fit from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including full legal fees) arising from your installation, use, or misuse of any product, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Marketing Communications

By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Any legal action must be commenced within 12 months of the cause of action arising, or it is permanently barred.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ezzy Fit. No representation outside this document is binding.
