LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Ezzy Fit warrants that its composite products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

• What we WILL do: Replace a defective product confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
• What we WILL NOT do: Pay for labour, removal, reinstallation, transport (except standard return shipping of the defective product), freight, handyman fees, professional installer costs, or any ancillary expenses. This exclusion applies regardless of whether Ezzy Fit or a third party performed the original installation.

Duration: Lifetime of original installation (30 years from purchase date)
Transferability: Original purchaser only – non-transferable

To make a warranty claim, you must strictly comply with all of the following. Failure to comply with any single item permanently voids the warranty:

• Notify Ezzy Fit in writing 5 business days of delivery (visible) / 14 days of discovery (hidden)
• Provide original proof of purchase With claim
• Provide clear photographic and video evidence With claim
• Provide proof of professional installation by licensed contractor With claim
• Return defective product to Ezzy Fit Upon request
• Permit inspection at your premises if requested Upon request

If we confirm a valid manufacturing defect (at our sole discretion), we will:

• Replace the defective product at no cost for the product itself
• Provide a prepaid shipping label for return of the defective product

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Ezzy Fit's total aggregate liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the defective product. Under no circumstances will Ezzy Fit be liable for property damage, personal injury, economic loss, loss of profits, loss of use, or any consequential damages, even if such damages arise from or relate to a product installed by Ezzy Fit itself. You indemnify Ezzy Fit against all claims arising from improper installation, misuse, or any costs related to removal or reinstallation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute must be commenced within 12 months of discovering the defect and exclusively in the courts of Queensland. You waive any right to a class action.

By accepting delivery, installation, or use of any Ezzy Fit product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, limitations, exclusions, and liability caps in this warranty — including that Ezzy Fit is not liable for removal, reinstallation, or labour costs even when Ezzy Fit performs the original installation.
