4. Sole Obligation & 5. Installation / Reinstallation Liability Exclusion
If we confirm a valid manufacturing defect (at our sole discretion), we will:
- Replace the defective product at no cost for the product itself
- Provide a prepaid shipping label for return of the defective product
The customer bears all other costs, including but not limited to: removal of the original product, reinstallation of the replacement product, all labour, handyman fees, professional installer costs, site preparation, wall repairs, and any ancillary work. Loss of profits, loss of use, property damage, and any consequential damages are also excluded.
🔨 NO LIABILITY FOR LABOUR OR REINSTALLATION — EVEN IF EZZY FIT INSTALLS
For the avoidance of doubt: Ezzy Fit shall not be liable for any costs associated with removal, reinstallation, labour, or site restoration in connection with any warranty claim or product replacement. This applies regardless of whether the original product was installed by Ezzy Fit, an authorised contractor, or any third party. Our sole obligation is replacement of the defective product itself. You (the customer) assume full responsibility for all installation, removal, and reinstallation expenses under all circumstances.
Installation & Reinstallation explicit terms: Ezzy Fit sells products only. Even if Ezzy Fit performed the original installation, you remain solely responsible for all costs of removing any replaced product and reinstalling the replacement product. This includes all labour, tools, site preparation, wall repairs, handyman fees, professional installer costs, and any related expenses. Ezzy Fit never pays for removal, reinstallation, or labour under this warranty, irrespective of who installed the product originally. If a replacement is provided, the customer must organise and pay for all associated installation work.
