Thank you for choosing Ezzy Fit. We take pride in delivering high-quality, engineered composite products and stand behind their manufacture. This 30-Year Limited Warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects and strictly covers replacement of faulty materials.

1. Warranty Coverage

Ezzy Fit warrants that its composite products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser
• Is valid for 30 years from the date of purchase
• Covers replacement of defective products only

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Colour changes, fading, shading, or weather-related effects
• Surface chalking, staining, or efflorescence
• Glue, adhesive, or resin failures
• Warping, bowing, cracking, or expansion/contraction caused by heat, moisture, soil movement, or ground pressure
• Damage from misuse, modification, improper storage, or transport
• Installation by unlicensed, unapproved, or non-compliant contractors
• Damage from impact, fire, vandalism, chemicals, or natural disasters
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or lack of maintenance

3. Claim Procedure

To claim under this warranty, the customer must:

• Inspect all products immediately upon delivery
• Notify Ezzy Fit in writing within 24 hours of delivery if a defect is identified
• Return the defective product to the original point of purchase at the customer’s cost
• Provide photographic evidence, proof of purchase, and proof of professional installation

4. Ezzy Fit's Obligation

If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ezzy Fit will replace the defective product only.

Note: Ezzy Fit is not responsible for:

• Labour, removal, reinstallation, or transport costs
• Colour or texture variations or matching issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ezzy Fit's liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the defective product
• Ezzy Fit is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of profits, or loss of use
• All products are supplied "as is," and customers assume responsibility for installation, handling, and performance

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where permitted by law, Ezzy Fit's liability is limited to replacement of defective goods only.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. All disputes must be filed within 12 months of identifying a defect and exclusively in Queensland courts.

8. Acknowledgment

By accepting delivery of Ezzy Fit products, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including all limitations and exclusions.

Ezzy Fit products are engineered to last when installed correctly. This warranty ensures replacement of defective materials for up to 30 years, with all responsibility for installation and ongoing use resting with the customer.
