This Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to Ezzy Fit composite retaining wall sleepers, fencing, and other composite building products (“Materials”) purchased directly from Ezzy Fit Pty Ltd (“Company”). This Warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser (“Customer”) and is non-transferable.

 

To activate this Warranty, Customers must submit proof of professional installation by a licensed contractor or provide a recommendation and certificate from an Ezzy Fit-recommended installer.

 

1.⁠ ⁠Warranty Coverage

Ezzy Fit warrants that, under normal use and proper maintenance, its Materials will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This Warranty is valid only if the installation is:

 

Performed by a licensed contractor, or

 

Completed by an installer recommended by Ezzy Fit,

 

and complies with all Ezzy Fit installation guidelines and applicable local building codes.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Proof of Professional Installation

To claim this Warranty, the Customer must provide verifiable proof of professional installation. Acceptable documentation includes:

 

A dated receipt or certificate from a licensed contractor; or

 

A recommendation and certificate issued by an Ezzy Fit-recommended installer.

 

Ezzy Fit reserves the right to verify the credentials of the installer and request additional documentation as needed.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Warranty Claims Procedure

In the event of a defect covered by this Warranty, the Customer must notify Ezzy Fit in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. The claim must include:

 

Proof of purchase,

 

Proof of professional installation, and

 

Documentation supporting the claim (e.g. photos, inspection reports).

 

Ezzy Fit retains the right to inspect the Materials and assess the eligibility of the claim under this Warranty.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Remedies

If a claim is approved, Ezzy Fit will, at its sole discretion:

 

Repair the defective Materials, or

 

Replace the defective Materials with new or refurbished products of equivalent value.

 

⚠️ Please Note:

This Warranty only covers the Materials themselves. It does not cover:

 

Removal or disposal of defective products,

 

Reinstallation of repaired or replacement products,

 

Labor costs, transportation, freight, or any associated service fees.

 

All such additional costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty does not cover:

 

a. Fading, discoloration, or aesthetic changes from sunlight, weather, or other environmental exposure,

b. Damage from improper installation (unless installed by a licensed contractor or Ezzy Fit-recommended installer),

c. Misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow Ezzy Fit’s care and maintenance guidelines,

d. Normal wear and tear,

e. Accidental damage, vandalism, or natural disasters (e.g. floods, earthquakes, storms),

f. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations without Ezzy Fit’s prior written approval.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Disclaimer of Other Warranties

This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Ezzy Fit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no other warranties, express or implied—including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are provided.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Ezzy Fit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

 

Loss of profits or business opportunities,

 

Business interruptions,

 

Costs arising from the inability to use the Materials.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Warranty is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
