Thank you for choosing Ezzy Fit products. We take pride in delivering high-quality, engineered composite materials and stand behind our workmanship within the limits set out in this Lifetime Warranty.

This letter sets out Ezzy Fit Pty Ltd's ("Ezzy Fit") sole and exclusive warranty terms. By accepting delivery or installation of Ezzy Fit products ("Materials"), you agree to be bound by the terms and limitations below.

1. Warranty Scope

Ezzy Fit warrants that its composite products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery only, provided they are used and installed in accordance with Ezzy Fit's written specifications. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover, and Ezzy Fit shall accept no liability whatsoever for:

• Colour fading, discolouration, shading, or weather-related changes
• Surface chalking, staining, or efflorescence
• Glue, resin, or adhesive failure of any kind
• Expansion, contraction, bowing, or warping caused by heat, moisture, or movement
• Structural or surface cracking, distortion, or degradation due to soil pressure, improper drainage, or ground movement
• Any damage or failure caused by improper handling, cutting, modification, transportation, or storage
• Installation by unlicensed, unapproved, or non-compliant contractors
• Damage from impact, fire, vandalism, chemicals, or natural disaster
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or lack of maintenance

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

To maintain warranty eligibility, the Customer must:

• Inspect all Materials immediately upon delivery or pickup
• Notify Ezzy Fit in writing of any defect within 24 hours of delivery
• Return the defective product to the original place of purchase, at the Customer's cost
• Provide photographic evidence, proof of purchase, and proof of professional installation

4. Ezzy Fit's Obligation

If Ezzy Fit determines that a valid manufacturing defect exists, its sole obligation is, at its discretion, to either:

• Replace the defective Materials
• Issue a credit for the original purchase price of the defective Materials only

Note: Ezzy Fit will not be responsible for colour or texture variations, matching issues, or any costs related to removal, reinstallation, freight, or labour.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ezzy Fit's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Materials supplied
• Ezzy Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, property damage, or loss of use
• All products are supplied "as is," and the Customer assumes full responsibility for installation, application, and performance

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Warranty excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where permitted, Ezzy Fit's liability under the ACL is limited to replacement or refund of defective goods only.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

This Warranty is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes must be filed exclusively in Queensland courts within 12 months of the alleged defect being identified.

8. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire understanding between Ezzy Fit and the Customer regarding warranty coverage and replaces any prior representations, verbal or written.

9. Product Use Disclaimer

All Ezzy Fit products are supplied for use in accordance with Ezzy Fit's official installation and handling guidelines. By purchasing or accepting delivery, the buyer acknowledges full responsibility for the correct use, installation, and ongoing performance of the product.

Ezzy Fit accepts no liability for damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or environmental factors beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, colour variation, surface chalking, adhesive or glue failure, expansion or contraction, cracking, warping, or deterioration due to heat, moisture, or ground movement.

Ezzy Fit's responsibility is strictly limited to the replacement or credit of defective materials found to have a manufacturing fault at the time of supply, in accordance with this Lifetime Warranty. No claim shall extend to labour, removal, transport, or consequential costs.

All sales are subject to Ezzy Fit's Lifetime Warranty terms and the rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
